- Marina Marcolin was born in Vicenza, Italy, in 1975. She works as a professional illustrator for major Italian and foreign publishing houses. Her books are in Italy, Spain, Greece, France, Switzerland, Taiwan, Korea, Germany, Holland. Her illustrations have been exhibited in Italy and other foreign countries and she has received various awards concerning her work. In 2006 the Ministry of Greek Culture decorated her with the important prize “The best foreign illustrator of the year”. She teaches watercolor technique and illustration in Vicenza.
